Coated plastic products can be easily marked with the MiniMarker2 and TurboMarker laser systems. The laser beam can quickly and efficiently evaporate a layer of paint, forming a clear two-color image. By adjusting the parameters of the laser, the operator can vary the degree of its effect on the material and completely remove the paint without affecting the base material of the product.
With additional illumination of a product made of transparent acrylic, the laser-marked inscriptions become bright and rich in contrast.
Control panels, buttons, keys, switches in the car interior, and various other products are made from painted acrylic using this technology.
